CHANGE IS ME

The LAMAC® Group was founded in 2012. After decades of managing corporate programs, our team of former executives set out on a mission to help others embrace change.  The result is Change in Motion®.

Our Tech deployment approach merges Management Consulting, Organization Development Facilitation, and Change Program Management.

Each of our engagements is unique.  Whether you are an organization looking to solve a problem or leverage your internal strengths, we believe that our clients already have the answers.  LAMAC® facilitates the process of uncovering the solutions and engages you to plan and implement those changes.  Our approach is collaborative.  We enable stakeholders to take accountability by assessing and diagnosing their own challenges and opportunities and to jointly own and determine the corresponding resolutions and programs for solutions.

We begin our assignments with a discovery process of collecting data on the current state and objectives for the future state.  We then develop a road map that includes OD assessments, training, coaching, engagement activities and overall program management.  This holistic approach is grounded in change sustainability principles allowing organizations to adopt the skills required to reinforce changes after our departure.

We strive to get stakeholders to view change as an opportunity for progress. We focus on the people; on actualizing the potential of ideas and receiving a return on effort for people’s time. Afterwards, when most companies would leave the organization to plan and execute on their own, we offer options for change implementation assistance.  Staffing support provides our clients with additional resource bandwidth during peak change implementation activity.
